TWS-Emerging is part of Tokyo Wonder Site's support program for young artists. It yearly hosts solo exhibitions
by young notable artists, who are selected after the screening of 100 prize-winning artists from Tokyo Wonder Wall.
This year, 19 artists were selected and will hold their solo exhibitions.

"Witch" by Yusuke Shimura. Shimura devotes himself to capture through a lens extraordinary moments hiding within the ordinary.
In "Witch", Shimura leads his audience to his magical world through the image of an erratic old woman (=witch of our time)
who wanders about the city of Manhattan.
